Description

This is a modification to the previous announcement provided on 16 NOV 05, in order to describe the proprietary nature of the building HVAC Controls System and the balanced magnetic door sensors. The building HVAC Controls system is a Johnson MetaSys energy management and control system. The door sensors to be installed on the new access doors to the intake and relief shafts are Sentrol 2700 Series balanced magnetic sensors, to match the existing hardware on site. The subcontracting goals for small business concerns is hereby changed from 45% to 65%. All other information remains the same.
