Description

REMOVE AND REPLACE TWO CARRIER (OR EQUAL) ROOFTOP CONDENSORS. NAICS CODE: 238220 CONTRACT TIME IS ESTIMATED TO BE ONE MONTH FOR INSTALL. In accordance with FAR, Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. A site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on or about December 19th, 2005 at the following web site: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solication at http://ideasec.nbc.gov site for all information to this solicitation. The work consists of removal of old units, reclaim of refrigerant, rewire-480v 3 ph to code, install refrigerant valves, flex lines, filter canisters, sight glass (4).
