General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Treasury Client Delivery Team (5PC1), 230 S. Dearborn St., Suite 3622, Chicago, IL 60604-1696 U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN OAK PARK, MI REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Oak Park, MI for Solicitation for Offer number GS-05B-17746 consisting of approximately 3,079 rentable square feet for the United States Department of Agriculture ? Food Safety and Inspection Service. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,678 usable square feet to a maximum of 2800 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: North: W. 11 Mile Rd. East: Coolidge Hwy South: 10 Mile Rd. West: Greenfield Rd. Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit offers for inspection. Submissions are due no later than 5PM CST on December 9, 2005 .
