- This announcement is to solicit interest for the establishment of a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) at USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) for the installation of a new gas delivery system, gases and gas supplies. Th e installation of the new gas delivery system will involve a complete, turn key, installation of the control systems, to include electrical work and associated plumbing of the system into the existing house gas delivery system. The existing gas supply li nes are exposed in a dedicated gas supply room that is climate controlled, therefore, a mandatory visit by the offeror to the Environmental Chemistry Building to inspect the potential installation area is required. Some of the gases to be supplied include helium, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 424690 with a size standard of 500 employees. The BPA duration will be for five (5) years. Establishment of the BPA does not imply any agreement by the Government to place fut ure contracts or orders with the BPA holders. The Government makes no representation as to the number of calls or actual amount of work to be ordered. BPA holder will be selected based on successful past performance. Responses to this announcement must i nclude past performance information to include contact names, addresses, phone numbers, contract numbers as well as a description of the supplies/services provided. Specifications will be available on the Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office(VCCO) web page at http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/contract/. Hardcopies will not be available. Offerors should check the VCCO web page often for new solicitations and/or changes (amendments) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 21 Dec 2005.
