Description: VISN 3 Network Acquistion & Logistics (10N3NAL) intends to award a fixed price requirement contract to furnish car service for beneficiary travel at the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System - New York Campus. The contract period will run from December 23, 2005 - September 30, 2006 with four (4) one-year options for renewal. Car service will be required 6 days a week to transport patients to and from scheduled medical appointments.
