Government?s required delivery: 60 days for RETOK and all other delivery schedules to be negotiated. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated for the predominate CLINs with a mixture of various other CLINs specific to the ICS program. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. The estimated issue date for solicitation will be 30 Dec 05 with an estimated response of 30 Jan 06. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Justification: supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
