Description: The Office of Tax and Revenue of the District of Columbia (OTR) Information Systems Administration (ISA), intends to contract with an organization that shall provide scanning of paper documents; creation of digital images of those documents; extraction of selected data from the images scanned; and indexing and storage of the resulting digital images and data records. The Contractor selected shall have the qualifications, commitment, expertise, and experience to conceptualize, organize, analyze and provide professional assistance services as outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW).
