- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. facility, is seeking industry comments on the attached DRAFT solicitation for non-heatset sheet-fed intaglio green and black cylinder-wipe inks and varnish suitable for printing U.S. currency by sheet-fed presses at the Bureau's facilities in Washington, D.C. and Fort Worth, Texas. Also attached is Specification No. I:ICWC-1D dated August 19, 2005 for your reference. Prospective offerors are encouraged to review the attached DRAFT solicitation and provide comments and questions to joan.smoot@bep.treas.gov not later than October 13, 2005. The anticipated period of performance begins October 1, 2006. The final solicitation is expected to be issued on or about October 17, 2005 under solicitation no. BEP-06-0005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-SEP-2005).
