Description

Large freezer mill - cryogenic impact grinder with self contained liquid nitrogen tub and insulation case. Grinding shall be done under continuous liquid nitrogen treatment that automatically maintains liquid nitrogen level during the complete grinding process. The grinding shall be done with consistently low temperatures of approximately -195.8 degrees C during the magnetically driven impaction grinding. Grinder shall: 1) accommodate sample sizes between 0.5g and 100g; 2) grind up to 4 samples simultaneously; 3) be equipped with speed control, programmable timer and safety interlock; (4 have programmable electronic grinding, cooling and impact frequency cycles; 5) able to hold 1-4 sample vials in the grinder and 1-4 vials in a pre-cooling chamber; 6) able to completely grind roots, seeds, wood, buds, needles, leaves, fish, soil, and rocks to a fine talcum powder homogenous consistency; 7) maintain each sample within its vial, minimizing cross contamination of samples; 8) have a stainless steel impactor, stainless steel end plugs, and stainless steel sample cylinders; 9) have a sample capacity of 0.5ml - 4ml; 10) include sample vial rack, extractor/vial opener, one multi-vial adapter, bench top grinder, and power cord; and 11) have a voltage of 115v/60Hz.
