Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to Ronan Engineering Incorporated to provide 10 Topside Annunciators, p/n FEW-ETM-RA-4x and 10 Magnetostrictive Probes, p/n FEW402 to F.E. Warren AFB. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the Government intends to procure directly from Ronan Engineering as the only available source. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334513 with a size standard of 500 employees. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 90 CONS/LGCP, ATTN: Capt Chris Kay, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860 or sent by email to Christopher.Kay@warren.af.mil. Responses to this notice must be submitted within 10 days after this posting. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Response to this notice- is not required.
