You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-B, Doris Townsel, Contract Specialist, or Leslie Sandridge, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256 -955-8601. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: AX6T1024, NSN: 2915-01-087-4069, PN: RG53151-2, Quantity: 30 each applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). FOB Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX.. Required delivery with First Article T esting is 30 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 30 each, 180 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to General Electric Compa ny, Cage Code 99207 and Crane Company DBA Lear Romec, Cage Code 51663 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approva l in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requ irements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not cl ose prior to the date stated above.
