Description

Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to PaperThin, Inc., 300 Congress St. Ste. 303, Quincy, MA, 02169-0907. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquis ition Procedures (SAP)  only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. PaperThin, Inc. is the only provider of CommonSpot Enterprise Edition License, Web Content Management System Software. The government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities/qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 15:30 hrs Central Time Zone on 23-Dec-2005. S uch capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
