DESCRIPTION OF WORK CHANGED FROM: In general, the work shall consist of the following: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIIQ) Contract for Contingency Contract Initiative (CCI) Temporary Roof Repairs Supporting of USACE/FEMA Disaster Responses in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama. TO: In general, the work shall consist of the following: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Contingency Contract Initiative (CCI) Temporary Roof Repairs Supporting USACE/FEMA Disaster Responses in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolin a, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. Also, in description of work the following is changed from: The contracts are primarily being established to serve the five state boundary of the South Atlantic Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), however each contract shall include a pr ovision allowing for their use throughout USACE, if contingency support is required by another Corps of Engineer District Office. TO: The contracts are primarily being established to serve the ten (10) state boundary, however each contract shall include a provision allowing for their use throughout USACE, if contingency support is required by another Corps of Engineer District Offic e. Also, in second paragraph of description of work change from this: Multiple Awards of at least seven (7) IDIQ Roof Repair Contracts will be made as follows: three Unrestricted awards, two (8a) Set-Aside contracts awarded to 8(a) contractors serviced by SB A District Offices in Region IV and Region VI), one HUB-ZONE Set-Aside contract awarded to a HUB Zone firm, and one Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOB) TO: Multiple Awards of at least five (5) IDIQ Roof Repair Contracts will be made as follows: three Unrestricted awards, one HubZone Set-Aside contract awarded to a HubZone firm, and one Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOB), and t wenty (20) 8(a) Set-Asides (two 8(a) contracts will be awarded per state), the 8(a) receiving these awards will be certified as 8(a) in the state in which the contract is awarded. CONTRACT VALUE has changed from: The estimated maximum dollar value of the contract is approximately $100,000,000.00. TO: The estimated maximum dollar value of 8(a) Set-Aside contract is $25,000,000.00 per contract. The estimated maximum dollar value of the five non-8(a) awards is $100,000,000.00 per contract. FROM: The guaranteed minimum quantity of work which will be ordered under this contract by delivery/task orders will be $5,000.00.
