- The Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Office of CBP Air, El Paso, Texas, is issuing a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation HSBP1006Q0656 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-06. The RFQ will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. QUOTER MUST BE REGISTERED IN CCR AND ORCA AT TIME OF QUOTATION. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,000. A fixed-price contract award will be made. Overhaul of the following OH-6 Main Rotor Hub Assembly Part Number 369A1200-619: CLIN 00010 S/N 29-2679 TTSO: 2680 1 each $___________ each; CLIN 00020 S/N 4176 TTSO 2648 1 each $___________ each; CLIN 00030 S/N 20-3081 TTSO 2531 1 each $___________ each; CLIN 00040 S/N 10-2415 TTSO 2505 1 each $___________ each; CLIN 00050 S/N 19-1464 TTSO 2100 1 each $________ each; and CLIN 00060 S/N 69-2144 TTSO 2588. Overhaul must have a 2,650-hour TBO. Any work outside of this normal overhaul, if required, will be awarded to the Awardee under a separate order and Labor will be based on the following hourly rate: $_______. Delivery shall be within 60 days after award of the contract. Quoter must be an FAA Part 145 Repair Station with experience in working with 369 helicopter components. Delivery is to be FOB destination to DHS/CBP Air, 9C Butterfield Trail, El Paso, TX 79906. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, lowest priced quote from a responsible Quoter as defined in FAR Part 9, and who also has a satisfactory record of past performance as defined in FAR Subpart 42.15. Include a copy of your FAA certification and a list of customer references, which includes point of contact name and phone number. The provisions at HSAM 3052.247-72, F.O.B.
