Description

This is a pre-solicitation Sources Sought announcement. This announcement is primarily directed to GSA FSS schedule holders that have been awarded SIN 132-51. The Leavenworth Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) is intending to replace its software for the Automated Pharmacy System. The software includes: 1. Conveyor control software for routing and tracking workload through the system 2. Software interfaces to automated dispensing systems from various vendors 3. Software interfaces to the CMOP Central Data Warehouse 4. Software interfaces to select mail carriers and mail manifesting companies (e.g.: UPS, FEDEX, APX, etc.) 5. Database system for storing data 6. Drug/supply inventory software system 7. User interfaces 8. Custom reports The purchased software replacement must be fully functional on a Microsoft Windows 2003 Server system using MS SQL Server 2005 for the database system. Software must be developed using MS Visual Studio 2005. The core database structures will be provided by the CMOP at time of award. Upon completion and acceptance, the CMOP shall own the source code, and the rights to use that source code at any of the seven National CMOP facilities as well as the rights to modify the source code. The vendor will provide administrative, operational, and user training. The vendor will also provide manuals for all administration and operation, and all components of the system. Vendors interested in this must already have been awarded a GSA contract containing SIN 132-51. If you meet this criteria, please contact the Contracting Officer (email acceptable; no collect calls) and provide your GSA contract number with your notice. A simple notice will suffice.
