- F-15 Electronic System Test Set (ESTS) Program Last Updated: 2 December 2005 Intermediate Level Avionics Test Set for F-15 A/B/C/D/E Aircraft The F-15 Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to be a computer pieces/parts provider for the F-15 ESTS. The nature of such an effort will NOT require access to Classified or NOFORN material. Firms responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in any future solicitations or contract awards. Below is a description of the F-15 ESTS computer pieces/parts that are required and a Contractor Capability Survey, which allows you to identify your company?s expertise, capabilities, and experience. REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION: The F-15 will remain a key enabling weapon system within the force structure of the United States Air Force. The F-15 ESTS will provide the Intermediate Level avionics maintenance for many F-15 line-replaceable units (LRUs). Describe strengths your firm has that enhance your ability to excel in the execution of DOD acquisitions? (Example: ISO 9000, Software Capability Maturity Model (CMM) level, etc.) 3. Include relationships with applicable organizations and facilities in manufacturing or supplying computer components for Department of Defense (DoD) prime contractors and subcontractors. Information should be pertinent and specific to the manufacturing or supply capabilities noted above. Information marked ?Proprietary? will be protected and will not be divulged unless mandated by existing laws.
