Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item supply acquisition for instrumentation equipment to include Rosemount analyzers, transmitters, and communicators under Request for Quotation (RFQ) 06SQ340042. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 334513 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about December 23, 2005, and the date and time for receipt of quotes will be on or about January 13, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. local time, however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. The solicitation is an RFQ and will be available at the link provided in this notice or check our website http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the web site after December 23, 2005 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this RFQ are not available. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR database may make an offeror ineligible for award. The CCR Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered. Quotes must be submitted electronically.
