- REPAIR OF THE F108-CF-100 CIT SENSOR. A firm-fixed price, requirements type contract for one-year, with four one-year options is contemplated. NSN 2915-01-139-6618PN, PART NUMBER 9178M37P02 and/or PART NUMBER 8901-180, NOUN: SENSOR, CIT. DESCRIPTION: the compressor inlet temperature (CIT) sensor is a temperature sensor and transducer unit for the main engine control (MEC). It responds to changes in engine inlet temperature and regulates fuel pressure as a function of inlet temperature. Best ESTIMATED QUANTITY (BEQ): 0001, Level One (INCLUDES ?AS REC?D, TEST, REPORT, AND MISC PACKINGS), (BEQ) BASIC-11 EA; OPTION BEQ I - 9 EA; OPTION II- BEQ 11 EA; OPTION III- BEQ 10 EA, OPTION IV- BEQ11 EA. 0002, LEVEL II (INCLUDES AS REC?D, TEST, REPORT, FILTER FITTINGS, AND MISC PACKINGS), BASIC - BEQ 9 EACH; OPTION I BEQ 8 EA; OPTION II BEQ 9 EA; OPTION III BEQ 9 EA; OPTION IV BEQ 9 EA. 0003, Level Three (INCLUDES ?AS REC?D, TEST, REPORT, FILTER FITTINGS, MISC PACKINGS, AND BULB ASSY) BASIC BEQ 14 EA; OPTION I BEQ 11 EA; OPTION II BEQ 14 EA; OPTION III BEQ 13 EA; OPTION IV BEQ 13 EA. 0004, (INCLUDES CHECK TEST AND REPORT NO REPAIR) BASIC 1; OPTION 1 1; OPTION II 1; OPTION III 1, OPTION IV ? 1. 0005- Provide G009 data IAW Appendix B and DD Form 1423-1. Delivery Schedule: 3 per month starting 30 days after receipt of reparable assets. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145. This repair effort is restricted to qualified sources. Currenlty Woodward Governor Co, Aircraft Products Center, 1 Woodward Way, Rockton, Il, 61072 is an approved source. The solicitation will provide detailed information for any other contractor interested in becoming a qualified source. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the acquisition are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. A written solicitation will be issued by 10 December 10, 2004. The anticipated award date will be 28 January 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-DEC-2004).
