Description

Contractor needed to provide Preventative Maintenance on Auxiliary Chillers for Air Handling Unit's (AHU"s) #1, #2, and #5. Chillers are to be serviced are Trane Air Cooled Series R Rotary Liquid Chillers and York YCAS Seriex air cooled screw chiller. Company must be experienced in servicing these models of Trane centrifugal chillers. All work performed must be in accordance with the specifications. A site visit has been scheduled for January 11, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. This procurement will be obtained through a GSA contract. All interested firms with a GSA contract are encouraged to participate. When submitting bid contractor must provide GSA contract number and expiration date. NAICS code 238220. Size Standard: $12.0. Bidding material available on web site only.
