Description: Contractor needed to provide parts, labor, and regular maintenance for Building #9 Chillers, Control System and Refrigerant Monitoring. Company must be qualified to work on Trane Centrifugal chillers and the interface with Tracer Summit Controls Systems. All work performed must be in strict accordance with the specifications.
