Description
The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 4,992.15 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space to yield 4,341 Usable Square Feet (USF) of space. The space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Robinson Rd; West: Highway 37 to Liberty Drive; South: Smithfield Rd; East: East Highway 466. The area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. Four (4) on-site, covered reserved parking spaces shall be provided with the capability to provide an additional three (3) parking spaces over the lease term. Public transportation and parking must be within three (3) blocks of the building. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy not later than November 1, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 pm EDT, January 18, 2005. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), ANSI/BOMA defined usable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
