QUESTIONS RECEIVED UNDER SOLICITATION NO. YYITV5PR6PD133 1. Is there web-based training for the present EDW? If so, who developed it? Response: There is no web based training currently. It only has a user?s guide. 2. Would the Government grant a one-week extension of the due date? Response: The proposal receipt date remains as provided in the FedBiz Notice. 3. The statement of work does not address the method of delivery of the WBT package. How will this be done? Response: The task is to deliver a web based training package to DCMA. It will operate on the existing DCMA web server for EDW and some of the modules will be available as Just In Time (JIT) to users. The requirement is not for a hosted services WBT. 4. Will there be WBT revisions beyond delivery of the Final WBT 13 weeks after Project Start? If so, how many and should these be priced? The Phase II Deliverables does not cover the WBT revisions. Response: There may be revisions (maintenance) to the delivered WBT for EDW after the 13 week deliverable for corrections found during deployment and within the delivery order period of performance. These revisions are not for additional content but for corrections.
