- The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely with only one source, Electro-Optical Imaging, Inc., 4300 Fortune Place, Suite C, West Melbourne, FL 32904 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may submit comments to this notice no later than 12:00 Noon, Eastern Standard Time, January 6, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining the whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219 and the size standard is $6.5 million dollars in average annual receipts over the last three years.
