Description

THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. Request for Proposal (RFP) 548-06-422 is advertised with NAICS code 561410 and a size standard of $6.0 million. Under the authority of Part 15, VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400 has a requirement for medical and imaging transcription services for the period April 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006, with two (2) one (1) year options to renew. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of the solicitation. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost/price and technical standpoint, as contract award may be based on initial offers received without discussions. Contractor shall provide services both remotely and on-site at VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. The solicitation will issue on or about January 17, 2006. The closing date for submission of proposals will be on or about February 14, 2006 at 2:00PM local time. No telephone or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted. No hard copies of this solicitation will be issued. Any and all questions regarding the solicitation shall be faxed to 561-422-6507 not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the solicitation issue date.
