- Health Education Program Manager (HEPM) Provide all management, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to provide Health Education Program Manager functions for Moody AFB, GA. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-06-R-0006 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Health Education Program Manager (HEPM) Provide all management, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to provide Health Education Program Manager functions for Moody AFB, GA. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4830-06-R-0006 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small service disabled veteran concerns. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561110. The small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. The contract will be for a basic period upon award through 31 SEP 06 with four one-year options; the total contract period will not exced five (5) years.This solicitaionis a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made using Price-Performance Tradeoff in accordance with FAR Part 15. The eveluation factors will be past performance and price.
