Description

Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, transportation, material and equipment, except as provided by the Government, to supply liquid propane and perform tank services at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Government anticipates award of a base year and 4 option periods. This solicitation is issued on unrestricted bases. All responsible offerors may submit proposal for consideration. This solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 17 January 2006: https://acquisiti on.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. The date of the receipt of proposals is estimated and is subject to change. No paper packages will be made available from any other source than the website provided above.
