Description

The U.S. Army Research Development Engineering Command Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Hamilton Sundstrand Sensor Systems, 2771 North Garey Ave., Pomona CA 91767, under the authority of 10 U.S.C., Section 2304 (c) (1) to provide a techni cal manual update addendum for the Chemical Biological Mass Spectrometer Block II (CBMS II). A cost-plus fixed-fee type contract is proposed. As the developer/ producer, Hamilton Sundstrand Sensor Systems possesses a unique understanding of the CBMS II s ystems and subsequent designs. The Government currently possesses no rights in technical design data that would be necessary to permit any other source to meet the required delivery schedule. Hamilton Sundstrand Sensor Systems possesses the resources, ex perience and capabilities to meet the requirement within the program schedule.
