Description

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source, FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), the United States Government C-E-LCMC Acquisition Center at Fort Monmouth intends to award a one year Firm Fixed Price Commercial contract sole source to Oracle Suppo rt Services, 1910 Oracle Way Reston, MD 20190, for the maintenance of the software licenses applicable to commercial foundation software products which are embedded in the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS). The Oracle software is prop rietary and Oracle will not release the source code. Only Oracle is capable of providing these services, because they are unique to AFATDS. The Government does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining form, fit and func tion of the services being procured.
