- The following amendment is issued to clarify aspects of the RFI W15P7T-06-R-P614 Under SAR/GMTI Key Performance Parameters: Add: b. The SAR/GMTI payloads shall conform to the following space and power allocations: Size: External to the airframe: Diameter: less than 19 inches; Height: less than 19 inches Internal to the airframe: Length: less than 18 Inches; Width: less than 11.5 Inches; Height: less than 10 Inches Power: less than 1000Watts@28Vdc. Voltage requirements shall conform to Mil-Std-704A Change: From: d. SAR Slant Range: Operate at 20 km and detect 85% of commercial vehicle (5.15m x 1.75m x 1.86m) To: d. SAR/GMTI Slant Range: Operate at 10 km and detect 85% of commercial vehicle (5.15m x 1.75m x 1.86m)
