Description

REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing Class A office space in Kalamazoo, Michigan for Solicitation for Offer number GS-05B-17682 consisting of approximately 5,078 rentable square feet for the Internal Revenue Service. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,186 usable square feet to a maximum of 5,078 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: North - Route 43/Main St. to E. Michigan Ave; South - Romance St.; East - Sprinkle Road; West - Route 94 (Business) / HWY 131. Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Lease term: ten (10) years, five (5) years firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions are due no later than 4PM CST on 1/16/06.
