Description

General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a sole source, Open Market contract to SeeBeyond Tecnology Corporation (SeeBeyond.) The description of the requirement includes the following: Annual Maintenance Renewal for 210 units of EGate Core Product -- Silver Annual Support. This maintenance coverage period is from 02/01/06 to 12/31/06. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. In order to be considered for this award, offerors shall provide proof that they are authorized by the manufacturer to provide maintenance on the software stated above by submiting a capability statement. Please provide the statement via email only to James Julian at james.julian@gsa.gov by 27, January 2006; 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it a formal Request For Quotes. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. In the absence of responses from firms that believe they have the capability to provide pricing for the requirement above, GSA intends to award the contract to SeeBeyond Technology Corporation, located at 181 West Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016.
