- The solicitation will be issued approximately February 1, 2006, and will only be available for downloading directly from the following website: www.usbr.gov/pn/contracts/service. To be included on the offeror list, interested offerors must register on our website www.usbr.gov/pn/contracts/service. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 621111. Offerors are responsible for checking our web-site frequently for amendments or notices, particularly before submitting their offers. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. We reserve the right to issue the solicitation on paper or CD-Rom if it becomes necessary, and if you are registered at our local website, you will be notified by email. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, provides acquisition/administrative support services for the Dept of Labor's Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center in White Swan, Washington. The Center has a requirement for professional medical services for approximately 225 students enrolled at the Center. Services are to be performed at the Center. Services include, but are not limited to: initial routine physical exam of enrollees, medical history, diagnosis and treatment of illness and/or injury, immunizations, x-rays, referrals to specialists, on-call services, 24-hour emergency coverage, and access to inpatient care. Physicians and health care providers performing services must be licensed in the state of Washington. The health care providers will be required to provide 8 hours of service per week minimum at the Government-furnished office/clinic at the Center. The contractor must also have available, or make arrangements to have available, facilities within the local commuting area of White Swan, WA for 24 hour on-call emergency services. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price contract. The period of performance shall be for one year (base year) beginning approximately July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007, with four option years to renew. These services will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 15. Any award will be based on the best value to the Government. This requirement is SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. We will evaluate past performance, experience, and price and price related factors to determine the best value.
