- This notice is in accordance with 5.101(A)(2). The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a commercial requirement to provide meeting space, guest rooms, morning and afternoon breaks with refreshments, equipment, and material to provide Department of Commerce Supervisory Training to be held on March 13, 2006 through March 17, 2006 in Arlington, VA. The Hotel facilities offered shall meet the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 (PL 101-391) and be listed on the Hotel-Motel Master List and meet, at a minimum, the requirements for a Mobil Travel Guide Rating of three stars with a full-service restaurant so the participants will not have to leave the Hotel for meals.
