Description: This is published as a sole source announcement under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems Aerospace Electronics, Inc., 305 Richardson Rd., L ansdale, PA, 19446, to acquire one each test system which will be capable of performing a full alignment and test of the APR-39(V2) Radar receivers and the circuit card assemblies.
