Description
Export-Import Bank of The United States Support Contract to Process Foreign Credit Reports Statement Of Work 1.0 Objective The Export-Import Bank has a requirement for Foreign Credit Reports on an as needed basis for a variety of foreign companies. Effort under this contract will be paid on a per unit basis not-to-exceed totals for the performance period. Foreign Credit Reports are required for: Both small and large foreign companies Countries from the following regions: Asia, E. Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central and South America 2.0 Requirements The contractor shall provide the following Foreign Credit Reports information: Date of Report Name/Address of buyer Description of business activities Present ownership Legal status Number of employees Credit history/payment history Bank relationship(s) Description of business facilities Management antecedent information Suits/liens/judgments/bankruptcy (or lack thereof) 3.0 Period of Performance This contract shall be for a twelve month base period plus 4 option years from date of award. 4.0 Key Personnel A key point of contact shall be assigned to provide problem resolution throughout the contract period. Point of Contact shall have the experience, knowledge and understanding in providing this service. 5.0 Evaluation Criteria Consistency?Contractor shall guarantee or state that all reports regardless of source will have all required fields completed as requested Technical Skill?Procedures that enable reporting regardless of company size Accuracy?Data provided is updated on a semi-annual basis for the most current information and personal contact with company is made annually. Timeliness?Reports available between 2 to 4 weeks of request Capabilities?Offer ?user friendly? system via Internet Company information?Company background/r?sum? with respect to the provision of international credit reports 6.0 Award The contract shall be awarded under Commercial Buy Procedures to the offeror who is responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and whose proposal meets or exceeds the greatest number of selection criteria in the most cost effective manner. 7.0 Submission of Price Proposal Price Proposals should be submitted electronically to Anita Proctor, Contract Specialist, anita.proctor@exim.gov by no later than 1/23/06. Your proposal should consist of a detailed description of the nature of your service offerings such that the Ex-Im Bank can determine if the services meet the stated requirements and address the evaluation criteria. Pricing shall list a detailed price schedule providing monthly or unit pricing per service offering.
