Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for coordination of activities associated with Bird Conservation Initiatives, undertaken by the vendor and US Fish and Wildlife, US Forest Service, Colorado Division of Wildlife. This service is known to be available only from IAFWA as they are the only source that is currently coordinating these activities. The USGS is aware of no other source who can provide the above. Therefore, it intends to make an award to IAFWA, unless it is contacted by any vendor who believes they can provide the same service. Vendors are invited to contact the Contracting Officer, vfloyd@usgs.gov no later than 1/27/2006 with an affirmative answer.
