- PR No. YPG05250000397: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-00-971-2668 for a Shaft Assembly. The OEM is Northrop Grumman Systems Corp P/N 128L10008-1 Cage 26512 with approved sources: Northrop Grumman St. Augustine, Cage 61174; Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Cage 16623 and Capy Machine Shop, Cage 0BVP9. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB Destination with I/A Origin. First Article requirement. Production Lot Testing. Requested Delivery is 270 DARO. Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is identified as a Navy Critical Safety Item. Tooling may apply. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. The quantity is 25 each for a Definite Quantity Base Year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter offer is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB quotations are not acceptable.
