Description

This is to procure 1,478 Laser Filters Units for the 60MM GR12 spotter for the M107 Weapon System with an 100 percent option. Estimated first lot delivery date is 30 Oct 2006, at a delivery rate of 300 per month. FOB is Destination. The requiremen t for the laser filter is classified at the Secret Level. Any bidder that does not have the proper security clearance will not be considered for contract award. In addition, any bidder that has the proper security clearance but did not request the classi fied LFU code drawing will not be considered for contract award. FOREIGN DISCLOSURE UK and CANADA. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
