Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. TAO intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with the offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Cont racting Officer to be necessary. Therefore, the offerors initial offer should contain their best terms from a price and technical standpoint. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. This RFQ is for Brand Name Only, no other make or model will meet the needs of the Government. The solicitation consists of three Contract Line Items. (CLIN 0001) SS-2600 Voyager Station to Mobile Wireless System, qty 4 ea; (CLIN 0002) SS-2600 Voyager Station to Portable Wireless System, qty 4 ea; (CLIN 0003) SP-2600 Voyager Extra Handset, qty 40 ea. Contract will be FFP, FOB Destination, Lexington, KY. Award will be made to the lowes t priced, technically acceptable offeror. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certi fications - Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
