- This supplemental solicitation is tied to SP0600-05-R-0144 and is for the procurement of Diesel Fuel Oil (EN590), NSN: 9140-99-910-0459. Delivery Period: March 2006. Fuel to be lifted from an Atlantic, Europe. Mediterranean, U.S. East Coast or U.S. Gulf port FOB Origin for the Foreign Military Sale (FMS) program. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation.
