- Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ after 02 Feb 2006. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available, however the electronic version of the necessary spreadsheets will be upon request. Proposed procurement is for a 5-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 4 option years). Options are 100% Options for Increased Quantity for 29 Mil-Spec items, all with sole source to Eaton Corporation (55588). All NSNs are Commercial Items in the 5930 Federal Supply Class. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition as only approved QPL sources will be considered. This is an unrestricted procurement for stock replenishment. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, Surge and Sustainment support and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. FOB destination will apply. Delivery schedule varies depending on the item.
