Description
The United States Army Communications and Electronics Lifecycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) intends to procure Power Step-down Transformers; NSNs 5950-01-530-9144 and 5998-01-530-9736 in quantities of ten (10) each. There will be a 100% option for additional quantities to be exercised any time up to 60 days prior to last production delivery. W15P7T-06-B-H608 is an Invitation for Bids (IFB). The small business size standard for the North American Industry Classification Code 335311 is 750 employee s. (See numbered note 1) Bidding will be conducted via reverse auction and award will be based on lowest price. Instructions for bidding via reverse auction shall be provided in the IFB. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for drawings SM-A-974841 and SM-A- 990879 will be available as an electronic attachment to the solicitation. Special requirements for this acquisition include: First Article Test (FAT), UID, and Scientific and Technical Reports in accordance with CDRLs and the SOW. Delivery will commence with the FAT units 330 DAC with production units to follow every 30 days thereafter. Destination for delivery will be New Cumberland, PA. The proposed acquisition is to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Point of contact (POC) for this acquisition is Contract Specialist Kevin Smith at Kevin.Smith@mail1.monmouth.army.mil.
