The candidate chosen for this position will be expected to work independently and will report to the USTDA Director for Policy and Programs in Arlington, Virginia. The person must be a citizen of the United States. The function of the position is to identify major infrastructure and industrial project opportunities for participation by USTDA in South and Southeast Asia, follow-up on the status of USTDA investments, and ensure formalization and implementation of USTDA grants and contracts. Details of specific duties are attached. The PSC will work closely with public and private sector project sponsors; lending institutions; and federal agencies, including the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and the U.S. Export-Import Bank.
