- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract under FAR Part 12 (base and 4 option years) to FNH USA Inc, McLean VA, for the purchase of 5.7x28MM SS195 LF Ammunition, PN 10700012, for FNH P90 Submachine guns (estimated quantity approx. 1,500,000 rounds total). The ammunition is specifically used in the P90 Personal Defense Weapon (PDW) manufactured by FNH and no other ammunition will meet the specific specifications set forth by the company for this firearm.
