Description

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials for Overhaul/Repair of the ROTOR TAIL SWASHPLATE: PRON: AX6M0291, INPUT NSN: 1615-01-325-7002, P/N: 7-311511101-17, INPUT NSN: 1615-01-325-7002, P/N: 7-311511101-19, OUTPUT NSN: 1615-01-325-7002 , P/N: 7-311511101-23. Quantity: 80 each minimum/378 each maximum, to include an FMS quantity of 63 each, firm fixed priced 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the AH-64 Apache Rotor Tail Swashplate. F.O.B. O rigin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA) for the Product Verification Audit (PVA), 120 DACA at a rate of 3 each per month for the overhauled/repaired assets. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI), therefore, must be acquired from one of the only two known approved sources, which are: Boeing Helicopter, CAGE Code 02731 and Fenn Mfg CO, CAGE Code 82001. The Overhaul/Repair of these assets shall be in accordance with the specific instructions set for th in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1615-314 dated 15 November 2002 and All Applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs)/Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEDs). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligi ble for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.a rmy.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimate d date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release fro solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respect ive embassies.
