- NAICS 541990 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis. Responses must be received by the General Services Administration (GSA), Acquisition Service Division (7PMA), 819 Taylor St., Rm. 12B01, Fort Worth, TX 76102, (817) 978-2577 (fax), no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, January 30, 2006. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THE RESPONSES TO THIS SYNOPSIS. Only small businesses shall respond. The small business size standard for NAICS 541990 is $6,500,000 average annual gross revenue. An upcoming procurement for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Spacial Data Management AutoCAD Drawings and Spacial Data Maintenance Services for a period of one year with four 1-year options is being contemplated. The primary area for work will be the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico and Louisiana. The purpose of the contract is to provide spacial data measurement, verification, and validation, database entry, maintenance of data and training services on an as needed basis to GSA. Contractor must have a working knowledge of ANSI/BOMA standards. The firms selected will provide base drawings which accurately represent all fixed architectural and structural elements, assignment drawings which accurately reflect as-built conditions and include statistical information broken down by tenant organizational unit indicating square footage and GSA space classification categories. The maximum ordering limitation shall not exceed $1,500,000 in any one-year contract period. The guaranteed minimum is $500.00 per one-year contract period. The upcoming negotiated procurement will be accomplished by using source selection procedures, which may result in multiple awards of firm-fixed price contracts to the contractor(s) offering the best value to the Government. Technical ability is significantly more important than price. Offerors will not be reimbursed for expenses related to responding to this sources sought synopsis. Firms, when responding to this synopsis, should address their capability with regard to performing the above mentioned tasks on buildings that meet the definition of similar. Similar shall be defined as commercial office-type space that ranges in size from 40,000 to 200,000 square feet completed over the past three years. The firm must also demonstrate the capability to operate and utilize AutoCAD 2005 for Windows and have knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) or similar databases. The response shall also include the firm?s business size and socio-economic group(s), i.e. Service Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, 8(a), etc., if any. Email responses are acceptable.
