Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for (ANSI) American National Standards Institute in Washington, DC . The Government shall award a fixed-price purchase order to ANSI for Membership Services for the period of January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006. This procurement is authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, 106-1(b)- Only one reaponsible source, Simplified Acquisitions Procurments, The procurement document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through FAR circular 01-24, FAR 52.212-4, Contracts Terms and Conditions requried to implement Statues or Executivie Orders-Commercial Items are applicable to this acquisitions. This is not a request for quotations, a solicitation package is not available.
