Description

The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, INTENDS TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE contract to MCB Enterprises Inc DBA Security and Access, 6010-C Midway Park Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109-5818. The 377th Contracting Squadron, Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico is providing notification of INTENT TO AWARD for the following requiements: Maintenance Services agreement for existing Hirsch Access Control System in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) entitled ?Statement of Work for Hirsch Access Control System Maintenance dated 23 January 2006. Must be HIRSCH CERTIFIED. Must also be capable of four-hour response requirement per the Statement of Work. The SOC must be submitted by 6 February 2006. All responses shall include company size status under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code identified below. Submit all responses to this notice to 377th CONS/LGCA, ATTN: Karen Barber, 2000 Wyoming Blvd SE, Bldg 20604, Room B-14, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5606. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business, an 8(a) firm, a historically black college or university, and minority institutions. For this proposed acquisition, the definitiions in FAR 19.001 and small business size standard for NAICS code 561621 (SIC 7382), size standard of $10,500,000 in average annual receipts apply. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is 15 February 2006.
