QUANTITY: 150 EACH, applicable to the OH-58 D AIRFRAME, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 150 each, 420 Days After contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 150 each, 280 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 150 each, 350 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Ap proval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible so urces may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
