Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Commercial Clearing House (CCH), located at 665 15th St., NW, Suite 265, Washington D.C. to provide subscription renewals for the following: 0001 1 Each Aviation Law Reporter (2006 Subscription); 0002 4 Each Contract Appeals Decisions (print, 2006 Edition); 0003 1 Each Contract Appeals Decisions (CD-ROM, 2006 Edition); 0004 3 Each Government Contracts Reporter (Standalone, 2006 Edition); 0005 1 Each Government Contracts Reporter(CD-2 Users, 2006 Edition); 0006 1 Each Government Contracts Reporter (CD-3-5 Users, 2006 Edition); 0007 5 Each Cost Accounting Standards Guide (Print, 2006 Edition); 0008 1 Each Employment Practices Guide (2006 Edition); 0009 43 Each Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, 2006 Edition); 0010 45 Each DOD Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR, 2006 Edition). This will be firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified items, they must respond to this notice before 1200 hrs (central time) on 06 February 2006.
